Channelforce provides customer-relationship-management software for real-estate channel partners ("brokerages"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: founder@channelforce.co.in.
We do not sell personal data, share one brokerage's data with another, or use your CRM records for advertising.
Inside the product, no. Every table is protected by row-level security that compares the requester's brokerage to the row's brokerage, so one brokerage's records are unreachable from another's account — including ours, which are ordinary brokerage accounts bound by the same rules. The single cross-brokerage view used to operate the service returns counts only: brokerage name, number of users, number of leads, and when the last lead arrived. It contains no customer names, phone numbers, notes or money.
The honest caveat, which is true of every hosted software provider: Channelforce runs on a database we operate, and our administrators hold the credentials needed to take backups, diagnose faults and apply updates. Those credentials can technically read stored records. We therefore commit that your data is never used for our own purposes, never shared with another brokerage, never used to train anything, never sold, and that administrative access to production data happens only to keep the service running or to fix something you have asked us to fix. We do not contact your customers under any circumstance.
A fuller explanation you can share with your own clients is in Your leads are yours (PDF). We will also sign a data-processing agreement on request.
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase (database and authentication) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Access within a brokerage is governed by role-based permissions enforced at the database layer; each brokerage's data is isolated from every other's by row-level security.
For as long as your brokerage maintains an account. Administrators can export every record their brokerage owns as CSV at any time from within the app. On a verified request from a brokerage administrator, we delete the brokerage's data.
If you are a customer whose details were entered into a brokerage's Channelforce account (for example, after enquiring on an advertisement), the brokerage is responsible for handling access, correction and deletion requests, and we assist them in fulfilling those requests. You can also write to us directly at founder@channelforce.co.in and we will route your request to the relevant brokerage.
The app uses browser storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. The marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
If this policy changes materially we will note the new date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
